Dr Ukwubuiwe Andrew Eluojo (fondly called Sir A) holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree (Ph.D) in Measurement and Evaluation,  Master’s degree (M,ED) in Measurement and Evaluation, Postgraduate diploma in Education (PGDE) all from Imo State university, Owerri,Nigeria. He holds first degree( B.Sc) in Education Mathematics, from Enugu state university of Science and Technology (ESUT)Enugu, He also holds a Higher National Diploma (HND)in Statistics, from Abia State polytechnic, Aba.He is a member of professional association such as Nigerian Statistical Association( NSA,),Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN),among others, He is a lecturer in the department of Statistics of Abia State College of Health sciences and management technology, Aba.where he served as the former Acting Head of Department (HOD),and currently the Dean school of Pure and Applied sciences, Dr Andrew has so many publications to his credit. He has co_author many books in the field of Statistics, Mathematics and Research Methods, published several articles in National and international journals. He is a Christian , a counselor,  an accomplished husband and blessed with Children.
